What is a supervised graduate student counselor?
A graduate student counselor is completing their Master’s degree in counseling and seeing clients as part of their clinical training. They work under weekly supervision from licensed therapists — including our LPC-S and LMFT-S.
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are $40 for a 45-minute session, payable by Zelle, Card, or Cash. Insurance is not required or accepted for this program.
Is the quality of therapy lower because it’s discounted?
No. Interns are trained in evidence-based practices and receive close supervision from seasoned clinicians. Many clients find student therapists warm, enthusiastic, and deeply supportive.
Who is this program for?
Anyone who needs affordable counseling:
Students or recent graduates
People without insurance
Those with high deductibles
Clients facing financial hardship
Are sessions in-person or online?
Both options are available — choose what works best for you.
