We limit the number of Concierge clients so we can provide you with services specific to your needs.
Concierge Counseling Services allows Hope & Harmony Therapy, LLC to provide you premium services that are personalized for you and your specific needs in a supportive and private manner.
We recognize that a variety of circumstances contribute to the decision to seek counseling, including personal, legal and professional. We also recognize that some situations are very sensitive, and require the utmost discretion; therefore, we won't bill insurance. We leave that up to you and will provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.This allows you to be in control of your privacy.
Whether you are an executive with a busy travel schedule, or a client in a high profile position dealing with the challenges posed by that profession and lifestyle, or a very private person and family; Hope & Harmony Therapists will assist you with your therapeutic needs.
Concierge Counseling offers our clients many benefits that include:
- Access to your therapist more than just once a week using a variety of formats
- Ability to call, text, or email between sessions and get a quick response
- Option for your therapist to come to your office for your counseling session
- Option to NOT be labeled with a psychiatric diagnosis required by insurance companies, that could follow you throughout your insured life
- Ability for your personal history to remain confidential. We can control our own files and records, but we can't control what happens at an insurance company
- The power to choose your own therapist instead of being limited to a list of names on an insurance company's list
As a Concierge Counseling client, you have the following options:
- Access by Telephone & Skype or Face Time- You can have a session via technology, even if you do not have an appointment. If your Concierge Counselor is in session when you call, you can expect a call back as soon as they are available.
- Priority Email Reply - You are provided with your Concierge Counselor's email. Emails will be accessible by both computer and smartphone and as a Hope & Harmony Concierge client, you will have priority response from your Concierge Counselor.
- Extended Hours - Your Concierge Counselor's schedule can easily become very full, especially during popular time slots. For clients with busy schedules themselves, it can be a struggle just to find a time that works. Hope & Harmony Therapy Concierge clients benefit from extended hours and weekend appointment availability.
- Session Length Grace - discussions do not always fit within the customary 45 minute session time expected by insurance. As a Concierge Client you will not only be scheduled for 60 minute sessions, but Hope & Harmony Therapy Concierge Counselors will provide a grace period during sessions when extra time is needed to finish a session.
- Same-Day / Next Day Service - when you experience an immediate need to be seen your Concierge Counselor, you will be offered an appointment within 48 hours.
